A spiritual piece inspired by contemporary african artwork. Spotted hyena, striped hyena and aardwolf.
To me, hyena is a symbolism of the dual nature of male and female and a blurring of gender lines and roles. I included both masculine and feminine imagery, integrating the two to highlight this aspect of the totem creature.

I love abstract designs like this, I think it would make an awesome t-shirt :x

Though before I read the description I thought the bottom one was a bear.
